Googly Markets is a prediction market platform. It allows users to make predictions on outcomes of live cricket events and earn GOOGLY utility tokens in return for correct predictions. Googly Markets is not a pooled-stakes operator, traditional sportsbook, or cash-prize bookmaker. We do not accept real-money deposits and we do not pay out real-money winnings. All activity on the platform involves GOOGLY utility tokens only.
2 — GOOGLY Token Disclaimer
GOOGLY tokens are digital utility tokens used solely within the Googly Markets ecosystem. They are not securities, financial instruments, or investments of any kind. Holding GOOGLY tokens does not entitle the holder to any equity, profit share, dividend, or ownership interest in Googly Markets or any affiliated entity. The price or value of GOOGLY tokens on external markets — if any — is entirely outside the control of Googly Markets. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the monetary value of GOOGLY tokens. You should not acquire GOOGLY tokens with the expectation of profit.

7 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Googly Markets and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of GOOGLY tokens due to technical faults, market voids, or platform downtime. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of GOOGLY tokens directly lost as a direct result of a proven platform error.
